Spacious Oasis only Minutes From the City Center

Great location and nice apartment. Poor heating, lights not working and poor host communication. Positive: Amazing location right next to the metro station. The apartment itself was nice and spacious. Negative: Inadequate heating, very cold in winter (only one small floor-standing heater supplied for the entire unit). Some lights didn't work (the centrepiece hanging light in front of the TV and the ones climbing up the wall). Host had belongings scattered around the apartment and half eaten food items (open cereal and pasta boxes) in the kitchen cupboards. Poor communication from the host. I asked about the lights, to which I was told to just turn on the light switches (they didn't work). We then received a generic "let me know if there is anything I can assist with" message, to which I again raised the point above about the lights, and asked about the heating. I never received a response, just a message at check out to please rate 10/10 and to raise any negative feedback privately.

Bylo by dobré kontolovat úklid a stav vybavení Positive: vynikající poloha ve vztahu k metru, do centra jen pár minut Negative: V bytě bylo chladno, přitápět bylo možné pouze jedním elektrickým přímotopem. Některá světla vůbec nesvítila. Pod postelemi byly odpadky.

It was ok, would choose somewhere else next time Positive: Train station was easily accessible and it was a quiet neighbourhood Negative: No dryer available and an alternative was not offered. Host had personal items in drawers/cupboards which impacted on ability to unpack suitcases and made it feel a little uncomfortable. Bathroom was very small and toiletries were a couple of half used bottles of body wash and shampoo.
