Unique apartment with Private Terrace & Entrance

Positive: Sehr schöne neue Ferienwohnung mit grosser Terrasse mit Grill und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Küche komplett ausgestattet. Sehr gute Lage (dicht am Stadtzentrum), Parkplatz neben dem Haus für 120 SEK werktags.

Lovely apartment close to metro while quiet Positive: The patio was amazing for relaxing at the end of the day. Also the finishes and design of the apartment were really nice Negative: The basement bedroom was really a single bedroom with two beds. It was great for our needs but I would not call this a 3 bedroom apartment. Also there were no instructions for the combo oven and microwave. We didn’t realize it was a microwave until a day or two into our stay.

will book this one again Positive: newly renovated , located in a building but facing directly to a nice trees view ,we loved eating outside on the terrace , the host is very friendly and was supportive with every issue that we asked for, very close to Gullmarsplan station, easy to get to city center all that with a very reasonable price for August times :) Negative: nothing . and actually it is not something that we didn't like, but because of that the apartment is new , some small thing where missing - and were completed by the host shortly

Ett riktigt guldkorn – privat, snyggt och med allt man behöver för en bekväm och trivsam vistelse. Positive: Den egna entrén gjorde att det kändes väldigt privat, nästan som ett litet hus. Och uteplatsen! Så himla härligt att ha en så pass stor terrass att hänga på. Allt var fräscht, välstädat och enkelt att trivas i. Läget var också bra – bara några minuter till tunnelbanan, och man kunde promenera till stan på ungefär 10 minuter. Perfekt kombo av lugn och närhet. Negative: Inget stort egentligen, det enda lilla var att jag först missade att hitta entrén eftersom det är en egen ingång från sidan, men det var lätt att lösa efter att ha kollat infon ordentligt.
