Unique apartment with Private Terrace & Entrance

Positive: Wij hebben deze accommodatie gekozen na veelvuldig de opties in Stockholm te hebben overwogen. Wij kozen bewust voor wat meer ruimte en het mooie terras, maar wel iets verder van het centrum. Door het mooie weer hebben we goed kunnen genieten van het inderdaad erg mooie terras. Er zaten ‘s ochtends zelf hertjes in de struiken vlakbij! Het huis is ruim en modern. Erg comfortabel. De metro is vlakbij (10 minuten lopen) en je bent in no time in het centrum. Ook vlakbij zijn winkels en restaurants. Prima keuze voor Stockholm, met een gezin van vier. Negative: Weinig. Het is niet goedkoop, maar dat geldt voor de meeste steden en je krijgt er een comfortabel appartement voor terug.

Would definitely stay again Positive: Great and luminous duplex apartment that looks very neat! Very comfortable beds, nice kitchen en great terrace! There was even a dear in the garden. The neighborhood is very calm and it’s just 8min walk to the nearest metros that bring you downtown in 3-4 stops. The owner is available for all questions and helped us find our way. Negative: A great place for up to 6 persons. Just note that there is 1 very large double bedroom on the groundfloor, and the level below is a large area with 2 double beds, separated by a glass partition wall. There is 1 bathroom and 2 toilets.

Unfortunately, considering the humidity and temperature in the basement, lack of privacy, and the discrepancy between th Positive: On the positive side, the apartment has a good location and is easy to access. The patio was nice, the common areas looked pleasant overall, and the shower had good water pressure. Negative: We stayed here as a group and unfortunately the apartment did not match the description or our expectations. The biggest issue was the basement. It was very humid and extremely cold, with no heating or air conditioning, which made it quite uncomfortable to sleep there. There were also no proper curtains on the windows, including in the sleeping areas, so there was very little privacy. The basement itself was essentially one large open room rather than separate bedrooms. There was one glass partition intended to divide the space, but it did not close properly, and another glass partition that provided almost no meaningful separation or privacy. Overall, it felt much more like one room divided by glass panels than separate sleeping spaces. The listing was also misleading regarding the bathrooms. There was one full bathroom with a shower, while the second “bathroom” was essentially just an extremely small toilet room. It was so cramped that it felt more like a space that had been added or converted later rather than a proper second bathroom. Describing the property as having two separate bathrooms gave us a very different impression when booking. The staircase to the basement was also very uncomfortable and difficult to use.

Una bella struttura ma ci vuole più attenzione al dettaglio Positive: Bella struttura in una buona posizione per raggiungere il centro città in un quartiere silenzioso con tanto verde. Bel spazio fuori per i bambini per giocare. Negative: Non c’era sale, ne zucchero, ne olio per cucinare. La lavatrice era rotta. Il host aveva proposto di lavare i nostri vestiti ma non me lo sentivo far lavare i miei vestiti da qualcun altro. Non c’era un asciugamano per la cucina e mancava il sapone per le mani e per la doccia.

Positive: Location is close to the metro and not too far from city centre. Beds are comfortable and the owner is very responsive to any issues or queries. Negative: N/a
