Unique apartment with Private Terrace & Entrance

Dirty Positive: Unfortunately, the accommodation was not in an acceptable condition when we arrived. We expected the property to be clean and properly prepared for our stay, particularly as it was booked through Booking.com. Instead, we encountered several cleanliness and housekeeping issues that significantly affected our experience. In particular: * There were visible stains on the bedding. * The towels were stained and did not appear to have been properly cleaned or replaced. * The bathroom had not been properly cleaned. * Other areas of the accommodation remained unclean despite the concerns we had raised. * There was no adequate arrangement for disposing of rubbish once the bin became full. After taking the time to report these issues, we were disappointed that the attempted cleaning did not resolve them. We should not have had to spend our holiday dealing with basic housekeeping problems or repeatedly raising issues that should have been addressed before our arrival. Please explain why the property was not properly cleaned before our arrival and why, after we reported the issues, only one room was cleaned.

Logement pouvant être largement amélioré car potentiel et hôte à professionnaliser Positive: Localisation proche d’un métro mais absolument pas dans le centre comme indiqué dans l’annonce. Appartement spacieux mais à privilégier aux beaux jours pour profiter de la terrasse. Negative: Douche laissant passer l’eau partout dans la salle de bain, avis personnel mais matelas de la seule vraie chambre extrêmement mou, impossible de régler le chauffage donc chaleur inconfortable.

Calm Oasis in Stockholm Positive: Great location. Bright and airy apartment with lovely terrace (though we didn't use it as it was wet during our trip). Close to metro, supermarket. Well equipped kitchen. The owner is responsive to messages and any issues. Negative: The steep stairs into the 2nd bedroom as described in the advert. Pillows are in need of updating.

Positive: Wij hebben deze accommodatie gekozen na veelvuldig de opties in Stockholm te hebben overwogen. Wij kozen bewust voor wat meer ruimte en het mooie terras, maar wel iets verder van het centrum. Door het mooie weer hebben we goed kunnen genieten van het inderdaad erg mooie terras. Er zaten ‘s ochtends zelf hertjes in de struiken vlakbij! Het huis is ruim en modern. Erg comfortabel. De metro is vlakbij (10 minuten lopen) en je bent in no time in het centrum. Ook vlakbij zijn winkels en restaurants. Prima keuze voor Stockholm, met een gezin van vier. Negative: Weinig. Het is niet goedkoop, maar dat geldt voor de meeste steden en je krijgt er een comfortabel appartement voor terug.

Would definitely stay again Positive: Great and luminous duplex apartment that looks very neat! Very comfortable beds, nice kitchen en great terrace! There was even a dear in the garden. The neighborhood is very calm and it’s just 8min walk to the nearest metros that bring you downtown in 3-4 stops. The owner is available for all questions and helped us find our way. Negative: A great place for up to 6 persons. Just note that there is 1 very large double bedroom on the groundfloor, and the level below is a large area with 2 double beds, separated by a glass partition wall. There is 1 bathroom and 2 toilets.
